Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved specially for you.
However we realize that there are many things that can come up in people’s day to day lives, and will not charge you in the event of a cancellation or no show. In all fairness we appreciate the same understanding from you that appointments can be changed or cancelled at short notice from our side due to unforeseen circumstances.
( In other words; If an appointment is missed, cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice, there will be no cancellation fee. )
Paying for our Services, Here’s how it works:
Mitchell allows clients to choose from 2 Payment Types.
Please note there is no refund policy offered on his services. He is always flexible in rescheduling your appointments.
1) Pay Per Session (Pay as you Go):
Pay per Session either by EFT. Online or Direct Deposit prior to Consultation or Cash - No discount options
If you cancel or miss your scheduled appointment, no refunds will be provided as the appointment will simply be rescheduled.
2) Pay Upfront / Online ( Discounted Rates)
With his “Pay Upfront ” Option you are rewarded with an incentive Discount for your commitment in completing any of Mitchell's Programs.
Instalments strictly not accepted due to discounted rates.
Please Note: Responsibility also lays with Client to follow up and provide alternative dates and times with Mitchell when re- scheduling of appointments.
